Every Micro Boss is hand-built from durable resin and finished using Clutch's proprietary paint process, where a protective resin layer chemically bonds to the body instead of simply sitting on the surface. The result is exceptional resistance to hook rash, chipping, and wear, allowing your bait to maintain its finish after countless fish.

Designed to fish slightly deeper than the Eco while maintaining a wide, natural glide, the Micro Boss excels around suspended fish, offshore structure, and pressured bass. Its slow-sinking design keeps the bait in the strike zone longer, but it can also be weighted for deeper presentations without sacrificing action. Whether you're slow rolling, burning, chopping, or working it with subtle twitches, the Micro Boss responds with an incredibly realistic hunting motion that triggers reaction bites.

Like every Clutch glide bait, the Micro Boss features an adjustable hinge system that lets you fine-tune the action to match conditions. Tighten the screw eyes for a wider, sweeping glide or back them out slightly to create a tighter, more erratic action. A hand-tied fiber tail adds subtle secondary movement, while premium short-shank BKK trebles on swiveling hook hangers maximize hookup percentage and help keep fish pinned.
